Subscription & Auto-Renewal

All subscription plans on PLACEHOLDER_PRODUCT_NAME are set to renew automatically — either monthly or annually, based on the plan you selected. If you wish to avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your current billing period ends.

How to Cancel

  1. Sign in to your PLACEHOLDER_PRODUCT_NAME account
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner
  3. Navigate to Membership Plan
  4. Select Cancel Subscription

After cancellation:

  • You will retain access to premium features until the current billing period expires
  • No additional charges will be made to your payment method

Please note: if you do not cancel before the renewal date, the upcoming billing charge will still be processed.


Before You Subscribe

To unlock premium features on PLACEHOLDER_PRODUCT_NAME, you need to register an account and complete payment using a valid payment method. All plan details — including pricing, billing frequency, and included features — are presented clearly during the checkout process. If you are uncertain about continuing beyond a trial or promotional offer, we recommend canceling before the billing cycle concludes to prevent automatic renewal charges.

Refund Policy

We encourage you to review your purchase carefully before completing payment. Due to the nature of our services, which involve real-time processing costs incurred through third-party providers, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once:

  • The premium service has been activated, or
  • A new billing cycle has commenced

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

  • You used the Service during a trial period without canceling before the trial expired
  • Your subscription auto-renewed because cancellation was not finalized prior to the renewal date

To avoid unintended charges, please ensure cancellation is completed ahead of your next billing date. Refunds may be issued only where mandated by applicable law or in cases of confirmed billing errors.
